We use a unique blend of Spelt white and wholegrain flours to craft this crusty Vienna. Dense in texture, with a taste of sweetness and subtle nutty barley flavours. Ideal accompaniment to pasta, wine and salads. Spelt, although closely related to wheat, many people who are allergic to wheat can tolerate spelt.
